Engineered Resources maintains a health and safety program conforming to the best practices of the industry. To be successful, the program embodies the proper attitudes toward injury and illness prevention on the part of all employees. It also requires cooperation in all safety and health matters, not only between supervisor and employee, but also between each employee and fellow worker. Engineered Resources personnel located on client’s sites are required to follow the client’s safety requirements.
Engineered Resources recognizes that the responsibilities for health and safety are shared. We accept this responsibility for leadership of the health and safety program, for its effectiveness and improvement, and for providing the safeguards required to ensure safe working conditions.
